End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Aurora's Library ("Licensor") hereby grants you ("Licensee") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Aurora's Library software and services ("Software") in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Permitted Uses

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you may:

  • Use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Generate stories using the provided AI tools
  • Store and access your generated content through your account
  • Share generated stories with family and friends for personal enjoyment
  • Use premium features if you have an active subscription

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software
  • Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Software to third parties
  • Use the Software for commercial purposes without written permission
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures or usage limitations
  • Use the Software to generate content that violates applicable laws

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software and all related materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software code, are owned by Aurora's Library and are protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to such intellectual property.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the input content you provide to generate stories. However, you acknowledge that:

  • Generated stories are created using AI technology and may not be exclusively yours
  • We may use anonymized data to improve our AI models
  • You are responsible for ensuring your input content does not infringe on third-party rights
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates our terms

6. Subscription Terms

If you subscribe to premium features:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Access to premium features ends upon cancellation
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription terms with notice

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURORA'S LIBRARY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate this license immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

11. Updates and Modifications

We may provide updates, modifications, or new versions of the Software. This Agreement will apply to such updates unless they are accompanied by a separate license agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aurora's Library is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
